Position Overview
Agarwal Brothers, a family-operated real estate company based in Thane focusing on structural repair, retrofitting, extensions, property development, leasing, and management, is seeking a Junior Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Create architectural drawings, sketches, and designs for projects utilizing AutoCAD software.
- Produce comprehensive building plans, including floor layouts, elevations, and cross-sectional views.
- Adhere to applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Competent in using AutoCAD for drafting and architectural design tasks.
- Solid grasp of architectural design fundamentals along with knowledge in urban planning, land development practices, and Floor Space Index (FSI) regulations.
