Junior Application Developer

Overview

This role reports directly to the Assistant IT Manager and indirectly to the Head of IT. The Junior Application Developer works closely with internal users at the company's headquarters and coordinates with overseas subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily application support including client software configuration.
• Support Point of Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and their integrations.
• Assist in testing new integration implementations between systems.
• Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of existing system integrations.
• Collaborate with the Regional IT team on projects involving multiple countries.
• Help onboard and train new internal staff on current systems.
• Contribute to documentation related to systems and processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least two years of experience with POS, ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems is preferred.
• Highly detail oriented with a positive attitude toward learning.
• Capable of working independently while also being an effective team member.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of French is a considerable advantage to interact with overseas associates.
