Role Overview
This junior accountant position at Trimurti Engg. & Welding Works in Pune involves comprehensive handling of daily accounting tasks and statutory responsibilities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and analyze daily financial transactions, including journal entries and managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct frequent reconciliations of bank statements and vendor accounts to resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage statutory compliance tasks by preparing and filing local taxes such as GST and TDS.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closings by helping prepare various financial reports including balance sheets and aging reports.
