Junior Accountant

About the Role

Join Harini Readymixx Concrete as a Junior Accountant based at our RMC plant in Renigunta, Tirupati. We seek a proactive accounting professional to oversee daily financial entries, bookkeeping, and document management ensuring smooth operations in our plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting entries accurately.
• Handle sales invoicing, purchase billing, and expense recording.
• Utilize Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel for financial management.
• Manage petty cash and daily cash flows efficiently.
• Maintain records of diesel purchases and consumption.
• Manage accounts receivables and payables with customers and suppliers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly.
• Maintain dispatch documentation, delivery challans, and billing records for RMC dispatches.
• Document material purchases and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare periodic accounts and MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain and organize bills, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
• Collaborate with plant, dispatch, purchase, and accounts teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Understand basic GST concepts and fundamental accounting principles.
• Have strong numerical aptitude and document handling skills.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work at a plant location.
• Experience in RMC, construction, manufacturing, or building materials sectors is preferred.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is honest, responsible, detail-focused, hands-on, adept at working with numbers, and eager to learn continuously. Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.

Additional Information

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill levels.
