- Participate in community and employer events such as Chamber of Commerce meetings and trade shows.
- Host community and employer-focused events to build connections and opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience conducting and interpreting client needs assessments, coaching diverse clients including those with complex barriers, and fostering employer and community partnerships.
- Proven ability to market clients effectively, particularly those from specialized populations, and advocate benefits to employers.
- Strong skills in promoting employment services to employers through networking forums.
- Creative problem-solving to meet unique client employment needs.
- Competence in matching employer needs with client abilities for successful job placements.
- Advanced digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive understanding of confidentiality and professional conduct, with willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
