Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on individual to join our team as a Job Change Technician. This position requires active involvement across various plant departments conducting mechanical setups and equipment part exchanges. Adaptability and readiness to work in multiple site locations are essential.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes

• Perform practical mechanical tasks including fixing, assembling, and building.
• Support different departments by managing mechanical setups and equipment maintenance.
• Adapt flexibly to a fast-moving team environment with shifting priorities.
• Use problem-solving skills to understand and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain strong attention to detail ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks.
• Work reliably across various sections of the plant.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate well with team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• No formal qualifications or prior glass manufacturing experience is necessary.
• Strong willingness to learn new skills and improve continuously.
• Practical and hands-on approach toward work assignments.
• Good communication capabilities with advanced spoken and written English.
