Role Overview

This full-time role requires presence on-site in Dubai. The Jewelry Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing original jewelry designs that align with brand identity and current market trends. This includes hand sketching, developing detailed technical specs, and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to create precise 2D and 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sketches and drawings to visualize unique jewelry concepts.
• Create technical documentation and prototype-friendly designs.
• Use CAD software to develop accurate 2D/3D models.
• Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to confirm product feasibility and maintain quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine design outputs.
• Conduct research on fashion jewelry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
• Support the creation of new collections catering to diverse customer segments.
• Engage with customers to comprehend design requirements and concepts, preferably using English and Hindi.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong ability to conceive and realize jewelry and fashion jewelry designs meeting brand and market demands.
• Excellent hand-sketching and visualization competencies.
• Solid understanding of product design principles emphasizing structure, comfort, and durability.
• Proficiency using CAD software for detailed design execution.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with gemstones, metals, and jewelry manufacturing methods.
• Detail-oriented approach with a keen aesthetic sense, capable of adhering to branding and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with design, production, and sales teams.
• Previous experience in jewelry design or related creative industries is beneficial.
• Good commission skills along with customer communication abilities, especially in English and Hindi languages.
