Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot and Microservices Developer with over 6 years of expertise to join our team located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Java and system design principles, with hands-on experience in REST API and microservices development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design core Java applications and system architectures.
- Implement Java 8 and above features effectively.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with robust coding.
- Utilize Object-Oriented Programming concepts and handle exceptions proficiently.
- Apply and optimize data structures.
- Manage multi-threading, concurrency, and error handling mechanisms.
- Implement circuit breaker patterns.
- Perform machine coding tasks and develop microservice communications both synchronous and asynchronous.
- Work extensively with Spring Boot components including rest controllers, security, exception handling, data access, JPA, JDBC, transaction management, Dependency Injection, auto-configuration, starters, annotations, and configurations.
- Integrate messaging platforms like Kafka and JMS and use version control tools such as Git.
- Contribute as a Developer or Lead in project teams.
- Work with databases including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Operate in Linux/Unix development environments.
- Engage with AI integrations like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
- Follow Agile software development methodologies and tools like Swagger and Postman.
- Handle troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and design of large-scale enterprise applications.
- Develop new features leveraging Java Spring Boot in Agile teams.
