Job Overview
Platlap Solutions, a leading IT firm based in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer specialized in Java, Spring Framework, React, and Microsoft SQL Server. This role demands end-to-end involvement in software development life cycle from conceptualization through maintenance of scalable enterprise solutions. The candidate will engage collaboratively with stakeholders, architects, testing teams, and DevOps for delivering robust software.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain complete web and enterprise software applications.
- Develop backend services leveraging Java 8/11/17+, Spring Framework (version 3.x / Spring Boot 3.x), incorporating microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Create dynamic front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Participate in technical design discussions, and reviews, contributing to architecture decisions.
- Implement business logic, security features including OAuth2, JWT, SSO authentication, leveraging Spring Security.
- Develop reusable components, optimize for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Design and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database solutions, execute complex queries, and undertake performance tuning.
- Develop integration APIs, ensure their security and scalability, and support testing and deployment.
- Contribute to DevOps activities including CI/CD pipeline support, automated deployments, container orchestration collaboration, and production monitoring.
- Build unit, integration, and automated tests, participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards and security guidelines.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, mentor juniors, and communicate progress effectively with leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
- Preferred domain experience includes banking, financial services, insurance, or enterprise application development.
- Holding a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Java 8/11/17+ and Spring Framework ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with React and front-end technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and complex database programming.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, REST API development, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and automated deployment practices.

Additional Information
As part of the selection process, candidates will be examined on core basics of Java Spring frameworks, React, and Microsoft SQL technologies through coding questions.
