We operate across India, Asia Pacific, and the USA. This role invites skilled Java Full Stack Developers with expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, React.js, Kafka, REST APIs, and database management to join our team supporting critical banking domain projects in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and manage highly scalable full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot framework, and React.js frontend components.
• Create backend services with Java 11+ following Microservices architecture patterns.
• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication using JSON and web services.
• Develop and support dynamic React.js components with modern JavaScript (ES6+) to ensure a responsive user interface.
• Implement event-driven solutions leveraging Apache Kafka for messaging and asynchronous processing.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle and MarkLogic tailored to application needs.
• Produce well-structured, maintainable, and testable code while actively participating in peer reviews.
• Manage source code using Git version control and follow standard development workflows.
• Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and automated build tools.
• Collaborate effectively with QA, DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, frontend/backend, API, and database issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A solid 7 to 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Advanced proficiency in Java 11+, Core Java, and object-oriented design principles.
• Deep experience with Spring Boot framework and Microservices backend development.
• Hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript including ES6+, and frontend development best practices.
• Proven experience with Apache Kafka in developing event-driven architectures and messaging workflows.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and web service integration.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle and MarkLogic.
• Competence in using Git for version control and code collaboration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions for build and deployment automation.
• Ability to work onsite in Pune as required.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Azure cloud environments and deployment practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and sprint delivery.
• Development experience on enterprise-scale, high-performance applications.

Location and Joining Details

Candidates residing in Pune or surrounding areas are preferred. However, applicants willing to relocate or with prior Pune experience will be considered. Immediate joinees or those able to join within 15 days are strongly preferred.

Eligibility and Education

The role is open to graduates from any discipline including BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, Diploma holders or other graduates in any specialization.
