Java Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native microservices and interactive front-end applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Duties

• Create and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Develop responsive user interfaces utilizing React or Angular technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs enabling communication between backend microservices and frontend applications.
• Build event-driven applications leveraging Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Produce reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Identify and resolve issues throughout development, testing, and production stages.
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and cloud services for deployment and maintenance of applications.
• Collaborate actively with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and development teams.
• Engage in Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines and automation for building, testing, and deploying software.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 7 years of practical experience in software development.
• Expertise in modern Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and REST API development.
• Proficient in front-end development using React or Angular frameworks.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms.
• Good knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar technologies.
• Awareness of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.
• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
