Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative software to advance digital transformation initiatives and enhance business outcomes.
• Design, implement, and test Java applications ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze business needs and convert them into precise technical requirements.
• Apply software development methodologies including Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and maintain robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and debugging activities to uphold coding standards and elevate software quality.
• Leverage API management and microservices architectural patterns to streamline application integration and functionalities.
• Lead software project planning and lifecycle management to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Engage with clients effectively to build strong relationships and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges and deliver added value.
• Maintain professional and technical excellence while promoting inclusivity and teamwork.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficient English communication skills, both oral and written.

Preferred Technical Expertise

• Experience with Core Java (version 11 or newer) and solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA frameworks.
• Skilled in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript proficiency, including state management libraries such as Redux or React Query.
• Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA for Object-Relational Mapping.
• Proficient in build automation tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks including JUnit and Mockito.
• Database expertise with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
