Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with over 7 years of professional experience, to be based in Chennai in a full-time capacity.

Technical Expertise Required

• Proficient in Java versions 8, 11, and 17, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Terraform and AWS Lambda.
• Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging frameworks.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Database expertise in Oracle, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
• Testing skills using JUnit, Rest-Assured, and Postman.
• Monitoring tools proficiency including Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Kibana, and Prometheus.
• Understanding security tools like OWASP methodologies, Snyk, and ZAP.
• Well-versed in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable enterprise microservices solutions.
• Drive development of cloud-native applications primarily on the AWS platform.
• Mentor and manage a team comprising 15 to 20 engineers.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and guide the technical roadmap.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, improve DevOps workflows, ensure high code quality and security standards.
• Work collaboratively with multiple product teams to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
