Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent janitor to become part of our cleaning team. This full-time onsite position requires basic English skills. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring supplies and safety within the designated facility areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and supply tasks in assigned building areas such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vent cleaning, and restroom sanitation.
• Carry out and log routine maintenance and inspection duties.
• Complete intensive cleaning assignments and special projects as required.
• Alert management about any deficiencies or repair needs promptly.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and storage rooms.
• Collaborate cooperatively with colleagues.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• A willingness to learn new skills and tasks.
• Demonstrated integrity and the ability to work independently.
• Basic English proficiency is necessary; bilingual English-Spanish skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Physical Demands

• Must be capable of standing for extended durations.
• Frequently bending or stooping during work.
• Occasionally lifting heavy objects.
• Clear verbal communication skills to ensure understanding.
