About the Role
Join Pilot Flying J as a Janitorial Maintenance Associate in Tuskegee, AL, where every day brings a dynamic and varied work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store facilities.
- Clean shower and restroom areas thoroughly.
- Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels for guest showers.
- Conduct minor repairs and general maintenance within the store.
- Collect and dispose of all trash around the travel center premises.
- Deliver outstanding guest service by ensuring well-kept facilities.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
- Capable of working effectively within a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the workday walking or standing.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
- Preferred: Familiarity with industrial equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
