About the Role
Join Pilot Flying J as a Janitorial Maintenance Associate where every day brings new opportunities to enhance guest experiences. This role involves ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the travel center while engaging with a diverse team and visitors. Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the travel center store areas.
- Clean and sanitize showers and restrooms regularly.
- Handle washing, loading, and unloading of shower towels.
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the store.
- Collect and properly dispose of trash around the travel center premises.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring well-kept facilities for guests.
Qualifications
Required:
- Self-motivated individuals with a proactive work attitude.
- Capable of collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and remain on feet or walking for the majority of the shift.
- Willingness to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and days.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a comparable janitorial or maintenance role.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repair skills to address minor issues.
