Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the store premises.
• Sanitize showers and restroom areas thoroughly.
• Manage towels by washing, loading, and unloading them for showers.
• Conduct routine repairs and general maintenance tasks within the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center property.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by keeping facilities well-maintained.

Required Qualifications

• A highly motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for most of the workday.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and different shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and skills to resolve minor issues are preferred.
