Role Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of all shared spaces including restrooms, lunchrooms, aisles, lobby, office areas, and designated outdoor smoking and picnic zones.
• Emptying trash bins, sorting recyclables, and handling material shredding duties.
• Maintaining adequate stocks and monitoring cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Coordinating the scheduling for compactor bin pickups.
• Engaging in written and verbal communication effectively.
• Providing assistance in training and performing other production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of High School diploma or a GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Custodial experience is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
• Possession of fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in keyboarding.
• Ability to communicate well in English, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong communication capabilities.
• Basic problem-solving aptitude with an openness to propose improvements.
• Flexibility and adaptability to various environments, tasks, and interpersonal interactions.
• Motivation to embrace continuous change and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Physical capability to stand for extended durations, lift items weighing up to 25 pounds, and perform movements such as crouching, kneeling, reaching, bending, and repetitive hand and arm actions.
• Willingness to assist in other Production Departments on the Manufacturing floor as business requirements arise.
