ITI Electrician

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified ITI Electrician to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. The role entails performing electrical upkeep, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial machinery to support uninterrupted production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial electrical machinery and equipment.
• Detect and resolve electrical defects in machines, motors, control panels, and wiring setups.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce machinery downtime.
• Examine electrical panels, switches, cables, circuit breakers, and other electrical parts.
• Support installation and regular maintenance of electrical devices and industrial wiring work.
• Monitor machine electrical efficiency and inform maintenance teams of persistent issues.
• Adhere strictly to electrical safety protocols during maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and system breakdowns.
• Carry out any other electrical maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold an ITI certification in the Electrician trade.
• Prior experience in industrial electrical maintenance is preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of motors, electrical panels, wiring, and fault troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing setting.
• Availability and willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts.
• Disciplined, responsible, and committed to safety standards.

Working Conditions and Additional Details

• Shift length of 12 hours per shift.
• Rotational shifts covering day and night as per operational needs.
• Position based on-site at Palsana, Gujarat.
• Full-time employment status.
• Monthly salary between 20,000 and 30,000 INR.
