Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek qualified candidates worldwide via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and other recruitment channels.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines for current and projected recruiting requirements within IT staffing, software development, and associated fields.
• Initiate outreach and conduct screening calls to evaluate candidates' interest, availability, and suitability.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to convert hiring needs into effective sourcing plans.
• Investigate new talent sources, competitor environments, and compensation norms in targeted markets.
• Keep candidate records and pipeline information accurate and current.
• Enhance employer branding by developing engaging outreach messages customized by region and culture.
• Monitor sourcing metrics such as response and conversion rates and time-to-pipeline and continually refine sourcing methods.
• Advance diversity and inclusion objectives by actively sourcing candidates from underrepresented groups.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in IT talent sourcing or recruitment within staffing or technology sectors.
• Demonstrable success in sourcing technical roles including software engineers, QA specialists, business analysts, and DevOps professionals across several countries.
• Expert-level skills using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Strong English communication ability with expertise in crafting personalized and persuasive outreach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous, and dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with disciplined management of data accuracy and talent pipelines.
