Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance to end users and staff. This role involves supporting desktop and laptop software applications and managing the technology infrastructure in line with organizational policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous operational availability of all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems effectively.
- Quickly identify and resolve IT problems related to computer hardware, applications, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, and other infrastructure elements.
- Apply solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and business processes to deliver enhanced support solutions.
- Record and manage support ticket time and progress accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of IT infrastructure assets using designated management tools.
