Capital Ambulance UAE is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist based in Abu Dhabi. The role demands expertise in providing IT support within the healthcare sector, with a focus on compliance and cybersecurity related to regional healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support within healthcare environments is essential.
- Familiarity with regional healthcare standards such as ADHICS, AAMEN, and JAWDA is required.
- Proven experience managing IT audits, ensuring compliance, and handling regulatory inspections.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection measures, access controls, and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking concepts, hardware management, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience specific to the UAE healthcare sector is mandatory.
- Immediate availability to join the team will be considered advantageous.
