Job description
Position Summary
We are expanding our Auckland branch and seek an IT Support Officer dedicated to delivering responsive IT assistance across Australia and New Zealand. The role involves handling helpdesk requests, diagnosing technical problems, and ensuring effective logging, resolution, or escalation of incidents using our IT service management platform.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum three years of experience in IT support, service desk, or related roles, preferably within ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
- Microsoft certifications with practical experience in supporting and administering Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security tools, and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, networking, remote access technologies, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Competence in deploying, supporting, and maintaining business applications and user-end technologies.
- Familiarity with IT tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerApps, Power BI, PowerShell, Microsoft Endpoint, and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, customer service orientation, and valuable experience supporting civil engineering or industry-specific software applications.
