Position Overview and Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will manage and support a broad range of technical systems and infrastructure including physical and virtual servers, network infrastructure encompassing data, voice, and Wi-Fi communications, and oversee upgrades or replacements of property management and sales & catering systems to ensure operational alignment.

• Maintain and administer Physical and Virtual Server infrastructures.
• Oversee data, voice, and wireless network systems.
• Manage upgrades and replacements for Property Management Systems (PMS) and Sales & Catering Systems (S&C).
• Administer Central Profile (CP) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
• Support Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and integrate various middleware/interfaces.
• Facilitate Data Warehouse, Reporting, and Business Intelligence (BI) interfaces.
• Maintain interface support for Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Support Point of Sale (POS) applications and Back Office Accounting software.
• Manage Procurement and Inventory Management applications.
• Oversee IP TV systems and Human Resources Management Systems.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficient understanding of computer hardware and software, various operating systems, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting techniques, foundational cybersecurity principles, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
