Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned IT Risk Manager to join our Information Security, Risk & Compliance Office (ISERCO) within the Payment Services Business Unit. The chosen candidate will spearhead the development and ongoing enhancement of our Information Security Program, ensuring its safety, compliance, and resiliency while underpinning critical payment infrastructure. This role involves collaboration with technical teams and executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity threats, promoting security excellence throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Establish and enforce information security policies and standards.
• Identify, assess, and manage IT and cybersecurity related risks.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and contractual information security requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to evaluate inherent and residual risks and suggest risk mitigation approaches.
• Monitor the execution of remediation strategies and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate and manage both internal and external security audits.
• Handle security incident management and subsequent remedial actions.
• Provide regular security and risk status reports to senior management.
• Foster a robust security culture within the organisation.
• Embed cybersecurity requirements throughout IT project lifecycles and perform security assessments.
• Identify vulnerabilities and emerging threats, monitoring associated mitigation plans and security KPIs.
• Assess technical solutions for compliance with security specifications.
• Lead security certification initiatives and support audit preparations.
• Facilitate client security governance activities including meetings, security reporting, and vulnerability evaluations.
• Remain vigilant of evolving cyber threats and emerging security risks.
• Conduct IT risk evaluations, operational audits, and ongoing cybersecurity monitoring.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and comprehensive risk reports.

Who We're Looking For

• At least eight years of professional experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management, or Cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in security governance and risk management practices.
• Demonstrated experience implementing security frameworks and compliance initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and adept stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to thrive in a diverse, international, and multicultural work environment.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS standards.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or payment sectors is highly advantageous.
