IT Recruitment Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Recruitment professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring to join us as an IT Recruitment Manager. The position is based in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, and involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination for various IT-related job openings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Identify and engage talent through various channels such as job portals and professional networks.
• Screen and shortlist candidates aligned with job specifications and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain organized recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Liaise closely with management and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Ensure recruitment goals and deadlines are met effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to recruitment team members when necessary.
• Track selection and onboarding statuses rigorously.
• Prepare detailed recruitment reports and management information systems (MIS).

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in IT recruitment.
• Prior experience leading or managing a recruitment team is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in sourcing and screening IT candidates.
• Currently living in Bharatpur or open to relocation.
• Compensation expectations between ₹300,000 and ₹400,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
