Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes across the country.
- Engage with clients directly to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
- Utilize job portals, professional networking sites, and industry contacts to source candidates within established turnaround times.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong skills in sourcing candidates via job portals and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Expertise in advanced candidate search techniques, including X-ray and Boolean searches, and use of mass mailing tools.
- Excellent communication abilities.
Eligibility
Applicants should possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
Compensation
The remuneration range for this role is between 300,000 and 400,000 INR annually.
