Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Recruiter with experience ranging from 6 months to 4 years to join our team in Koramangala, Bengaluru. This full-time position requires working from the office from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, utilizing various job portals and platforms to source candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficient with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Shine, Apna, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
- Willingness to work exclusively from the office location.
Working Conditions
- Workdays are Monday to Saturday.
- Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Work location is fixed at Koramangala, Bengaluru.
Compensation
Salary offered is up to ₹23,000 in hand per month.
