Role Responsibilities

• Possess between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in IT recruitment.
• Demonstrate expertise in both permanent recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring processes.
• Effectively utilize various recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Apply advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean operators, X-ray search, and other innovative techniques.
• Maintain a solid understanding of IT technologies and specialized technical job functions.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities, negotiation skills, and efficient management of stakeholder relationships.
• Manage multiple recruitment tasks concurrently while adhering to specified hiring timelines.
• Experience liaising with clients, hiring managers, and staffing vendors is considered advantageous.
