Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to efficiently manage projects, oversee documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between teams and customers. The role requires familiarity with AI tools, technical software knowledge, and the ability to manage operational tasks and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage IT projects from start to finish.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support tracking and communication.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure project quality and functionality.
- Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external customers to facilitate project success.
- Lead and manage team members, delegating operational tasks appropriately.
- Preferably possess design skills with tools such as Canva, AI-powered design applications, and Figma.
- Handle server operations including project deployment and setup of GitHub repositories.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of software applications and service management.
- Manage hosting services to support online project accessibility and performance.
