About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding accounting and advisory firm recognized for its outstanding workplace culture, offering a balance between professional and personal life alongside a strong dedication to diversity. This position involves leading the vendor selection process, conducting commercial negotiations, and executing contracts enterprise-wide.
Responsibilities
- Secure favorable pricing and contract terms with technology and non-technology suppliers.
- Oversee competitive bidding procedures and coordinate contract reviews with Legal, CyberSecurity, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Evaluate supplier performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs), addressing any issues that arise.
- Create financial analytics and tools based on return on investment (ROI) to support commercial negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, or a related discipline.
- Bring over ten years of experience in strategic sourcing or vendor management, preferably in fast-growing technology sectors.
- Have a minimum of five years handling expenditure tracking and interpreting large datasets.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of SaaS and IT contractual agreements including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Exhibit strong negotiation, influencing capabilities, and project management proficiency.
