IT Networking & Security Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Networking & Security Manager to lead our IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity efforts. This role is vital to ensuring technological services are secure, dependable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire enterprise IT infrastructure along with network and cybersecurity controls.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of secure architectures for both on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Integrate security needs into all IT projects and system deployments.
• Manage IT security measures and tools such as SIEM, PAM, NAC, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems to maintain security standards.
• Address technology risks, security issues, compliance with regulations, and oversee remediation activities.
• Direct disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and resilience of infrastructure.
• Lead projects related to IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and successful implementation.
• Offer technical leadership, support, and guidance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Between 6 and 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and security, emphasizing network security and IT security controls.
• Comprehensive understanding of firewalls, IPS/IDS, web application firewalls (WAF), and enterprise network security.
• Extensive knowledge of IT security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements such as SAMA, NCA, and PCI DSS.
• Experience working with security technologies, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management.
• Certifications including CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security, or Security+ highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership ability alongside strong communication and critical thinking skills.
