About the Company and Role
Denara Group is in the process of acquiring a Capital Market Authority (CMA) license to operate as a FinTech investment firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company focuses on a modern retail equity trading platform that simplifies buying and selling stocks. As it expands, Denara Group seeks a practical, dependable, and adaptable IT Manager to oversee its technical environment, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and efficiently support daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure IT security policies, systems, and disaster recovery plans meet CMA regulatory standards and local cybersecurity requirements within Saudi Arabia.
- Manage and monitor cloud-hosted environments, trading platform uptime, systems monitoring, and critical internal infrastructure to reduce downtime.
- Act as the primary liaison for external technology vendors, including cloud hosting, software suppliers, cybersecurity firms, and payment gateway partners.
- Maintain cybersecurity standards by implementing access controls, data backups, and protection procedures across all endpoints and servers.
- Handle office IT hardware, internal networks, user onboarding and offboarding, and provide daily IT support for employees.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three to five years of experience in IT administration or management, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge or direct experience with Saudi Capital Market Authority regulations, SAMA cybersecurity guidelines, or National Cybersecurity Authority frameworks.
- Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS or Azure and coordinating with external technical vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a proactive approach suitable for a lean technology team.
- Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.
