IT Manager

About the Role

Our client, a premier luxury retailer based in Saudi Arabia specializing in high-end watch and jewelry brands, is looking to hire an experienced IT Manager. This role involves heading critical technology projects within the retail division, focusing on enhancing operational effectiveness and enriching the customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT projects that align closely with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the deployment, upgrades, integration, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions.
• Manage key platforms such as CRM and e-commerce to ensure they effectively serve the business and customer requirements.
• Champion the digital transformation efforts throughout retail operations and customer service channels.
• Collaborate with business units to translate their needs into effective technological implementations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure punctual and within-budget project delivery.
• Administer project timelines, budgets, risk evaluation, and resource allocation.
• Guarantee systems are dependable, secure, scalable, and well integrated with business processes.
• Lead initiatives supporting change management, enhance user adoption, and facilitate training for new tools and workflows.
• Continuously monitor system performance to identify and implement improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Background in the retail industry with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations and supporting technologies.
• Proven track record of deploying enterprise software systems effectively.
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation projects along with CRM and e-commerce platform management.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent skills in managing relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong aptitude for communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
