IT Infrastructure Executive

Overview

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Executive to oversee and support the daily technical framework within our BPO environment. This position involves management of server systems, network devices like routers and firewalls, LAN connectivity, GSM gateways, IP telephony, and fundamental hardware troubleshooting. Candidates with 6 to 12 months of experience in BPO tech operations or IT support are preferred, though more experienced individuals are welcome to apply.

Primary Duties

• Manage and supervise office LAN and WAN networks.
• Set up and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewall equipment.
• Perform basic monitoring and troubleshooting of servers.
• Support operations concerning GSM gateways and SIM routing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IP phones, SIP links, and VoIP configurations.
• Identify and resolve internet connectivity and bandwidth problems.
• Install and configure desktop hardware, printers, and networking devices.
• Collaborate with ISPs and telecom vendors to resolve outages or technical issues.
• Handle cabling networks and internal system integration.
• Monitor system uptime to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
• Maintain backup processes and apply fundamental security measures.
• Offer technical assistance to staff for hardware and networking issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have between six months and one year of experience in BPO technical operations or IT support, though higher experience levels are also considered.
