IT Executive

Job Overview

Solution Box is seeking an IT Executive to oversee the daily management, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure within a hospital environment located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Ensure proper functioning of network components such as LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems and related application software.
• Manage and resolve issues with CCTV systems, NVR, biometric attendance systems, and Aadhaar verification devices.
• Oversee telecom services, IT asset management, and keep accurate inventory records.
• Provide technical support through the IT helpdesk to various hospital departments.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and AMC/service providers for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain documentation including AMC contracts, warranties, service history, and asset registers.
• Provide support for government portals, digital certificates, and online applications related to hospital IT needs.
• Assist in setting up meeting and training rooms with projectors, laptops, audio-visual equipment, and internet connectivity.
• Adhere to organizational IT policies, security standards, and established procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.
• Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting IT hardware and networks.
• Familiarity with CCTV, biometric systems, and overall hospital IT infrastructure.
• Good coordination abilities with vendors and proficiency in maintaining thorough documentation.
• Prior experience in hospital or healthcare IT environments is preferred.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 34,000 to 35,000 INR.
