Role Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy and inquisitive IT & Automation Intern passionate about leveraging technology, AI, and automation to optimize daily business functions. This role involves collaborating with the team to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance data handling, build efficient workflows, and investigate new software and AI solutions that boost speed, accuracy, and productivity within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business-related Google Forms and Sheets.
- Utilize Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive to handle documentation and data organization.
- Apply Advanced Excel skills including HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and perform data analysis.
- Cleanse, arrange, and analyze business datasets.
- Assist in creating and improving automated workflows and processes.
- Use fundamental Python programming for data handling and automation tasks.
- Perform basic SQL queries and manage database-related data.
- Explore and implement AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance business performance.
- Investigate emerging AI and automation software to find practical applications for the business.
- Help develop systems to minimize repetitive manual efforts.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data-driven solutions to support decision-making.
- Troubleshoot basic software and workflow concerns.
- Document business processes and develop user-friendly systems for the team.
- Contribute to projects involving new technologies as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
- Advanced capabilities in Excel including various lookup formulas and pivot tables.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data automation.

Additional Information
