Overview
Globex Digital is looking for an IT Asset Management Specialist to oversee the complete lifecycle of the company’s IT assets. This role entails ensuring efficient use, management, and procurement of hardware and software resources, thereby safeguarding the IT infrastructure’s integrity and streamlining procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of IT assets aligning with company policies and budgetary limits.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets including acquisition, deployment, upkeep, and disposal.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to align asset management strategies with organisational objectives.
- Perform regular audits to verify asset inventory accuracy and compliance with license agreements.
- Create and update documentation related to asset management workflows and policies.
- Offer training and assistance to staff regarding asset management methodologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
