Overview of Global Payment Team
The Global Payment team at ByteDance delivers comprehensive payment solutions encompassing payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method oversight, foreign exchange conversions, accounting, and reconciliation processes. Their goal is to ensure a seamless and secure payment experience across ByteDance's platforms such as TikTok.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop modular and reusable software components and functionalities.
- Prioritize rendering efficiency to guarantee an outstanding experience on platforms with intensive user interactions.
- Enhance mobile application design and development workflows to boost quality and operational efficiency.
- Optimize codebases to advance scalability, dependability, security, and overall app performance.
- Work collaboratively with product design, management, and engineering teams to deliver top-tier user experiences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar disciplines with relevant iOS development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Objective-C or Swift programming languages for iOS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for comprehending and debugging complex, extensive codebases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Preferred: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a large-scale internet company.
- Familiarity with payment systems is advantageous though not compulsory.
