Invoice Validator / Verifier

Job Overview

We invite motivated individuals to become part of our team as Invoice Validators/Verifiers at our Kochi office located in Lulu Cyber Tower 2, Infopark. This full-time role is designed for candidates aiming to grow their finance operations career, focusing on detailed invoice review and compliance checks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Check invoices to ensure they adhere to required formats, including all essential details.
• Verify that invoices meet the applicable legal and statutory regulations for the country.
• Detect and correct any errors or inconsistencies found in invoices.
• Address and resolve invoice exceptions flagged by ERP systems.
• Escalate any exceptions that cannot be resolved as per established workflows.
• Maintain precise records and assist finance and operations teams during invoice handling processes.
• Validate invoices within stipulated service level agreements (SLAs).
• Adapt to rotational work shifts as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written.
• Highly disciplined, process-driven, and focused on accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with an analytical approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Educational Background and Eligibility

• Preferred qualification is Master of Commerce (M.Com), though freshers are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with zero to one year of experience in invoice validation or similar fields are considered eligible.
