Job description

About Tahaluf

Tahaluf stands as Saudi Arabia's leading organiser of B2B live and on-demand events by space, attendance, workforce, and revenue. It operates as a joint venture between Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and the Events Investment Fund (EIF). The company champions bold innovation and a collaborative, creative culture that injects enthusiasm into everything it does. Partnering with various government and private entities, Tahaluf supports Saudi Arabia's growth in both B2B and B2C sectors with large-scale events.

Among its flagship events are LEAP and Cityscape—world-leading gatherings in technology and real estate respectively; Black Hat MEA, which holds a Guinness World Record for the largest Capture The Flag competition; and CPHI Middle East, the most prominent pharmaceutical debut event globally. Tahaluf continuously impacts the international event landscape through these endeavors.

Role Overview

As an Investor Programme Manager, you will design and execute the Investor Programme for Cityscape West, fostering connections between family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and private investors with investment opportunities in real estate, hospitality, and development projects throughout Saudi Arabia's Western Region.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and engage family offices, UHNWIs, private investment firms, and real estate investors within KSA, the GCC, and globally.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior private capital decision-makers such as Principals, CIOs, CEOs, and Investment Directors.
  • Evaluate investors based on capital availability, previous investments, typical investment size, decision authority, and enthusiasm for Saudi market prospects.
  • Facilitate tailored introductions aligning individual investor mandates with developers, project owners, hospitality entities, governmental stakeholders, and potential joint venture partners.
  • Manage a comprehensive investor journey including roundtables, exclusive dinners, site inspections, one-on-one meetings, project presentations, and VIP networking events.
  • Maintain in-depth market awareness of investment opportunities across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and the Red Sea areas, focusing on residential, hospitality, branded residences, mixed-use, and tourism development sectors.
  • Oversee investor engagement from initial contact through post-event follow-up to ensure a superior investor experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, government agencies, sponsors, family office networks, private banks, and internal departments like Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Keep detailed records of investor pipelines, recruitment success, meeting schedules, introduction outcomes, expressed interests, and possible investments.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven, extensive experience in investor relations, real estate, private wealth management, family office liaison, business development, investment events, or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated capability to engage high-level private capital decision-makers including Family Offices and UHNWIs.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, networking, and driving business growth.
  • Confidence addressing senior leaders at CEO, CIO, Principal, Partner, and Managing Director levels.
  • Sound commercial acumen relating to investment rules, fund sizes, and investor demands.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple senior relationships simultaneously.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous, especially for liaising with Saudi stakeholders.
  • Existing contacts or experience within Saudi/GCC Family Offices, private wealth sectors, or real estate investing is a considerable benefit.

Additional Benefits

  • Comprehensive BUPA medical insurance coverage for employees and their families.
  • Entitlement to 25 days of annual leave.
  • Ability to work remotely every Sunday.
  • Option to work from any location for one month annually.
  • Wellness-oriented perks.
  • Family visa sponsorship for up to three children.
  • Annual flight allowance for expatriates.
  • International relocation assistance including paid flights, accommodation for 60 days or SAR 5,000 cash alternative, reimbursement for shipping expenses up to SAR 2,500, and end-of-service gratuity payments.
  • Local relocation support with paid flights, 30 days accommodation or SAR 5,000 as a one-time payment, and shipping reimbursements.
