This position provides comprehensive involvement throughout the investment process, encompassing financial evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, portfolio oversight, and strategic value enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective investment opportunities through rigorous analysis.
• Develop and sustain detailed financial models and conduct valuation assessments.
• Perform thorough research on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to commercial, financial, legal, and operational due diligence efforts.
• Draft investment dossiers, create presentations, and report findings to senior management.
• Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and transaction finalization.
• Track performance metrics of portfolio companies and offer continual analytical insights.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments, management teams, consultants, financial institutions, and investors.

Candidate Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related areas.
• 2 to 3 years professional experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or an equivalent sector focusing on investments.
• Proficient skills in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical reasoning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals and investment strategies.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication paired with strong presentation skills.
• Effectiveness in balancing multiple assignments in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting.
