Overview
We are looking for a diligent Inventory Manager based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to oversee and control the hardware stock efficiently at Shree Aai Jee Hardware. This role demands precision in daily stock management and coordination with purchasing and dispatch teams.
Primary Duties
- Perform daily monitoring of stock levels for hardware items ensuring accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
- Maintain comprehensive stock documentation using ERP, billing software, or manual registers.
- Conduct inventory analysis to classify products by movement velocity—fast, slow, or stagnant.
- Keep track of minimum threshold levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish stock timely.
- Resolve discrepancies including negative stocks, excess inventory, and product misplacements.
- Ensure organized storage with clear identification for all stock items.
- Manage receipt of inbound materials and plan outward dispatch operations effectively.
Additional Information
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000. Candidates should be prepared for hands-on involvement in both inventory control and logistics planning.
