Inventory Management Intern

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inventory Management Intern to aid in managing and organizing our e-commerce product inventory through the CMS system. This role involves maintaining accurate stock records, updating product details, and supporting inventory accuracy critical to seamless operations.

Core Duties

• Update inventory quantities and stock status within the CMS platform.
• Create and modify product listings including attributes, categories, SKUs, and variations.
• Upload detailed product images, descriptions, and specification information.
• Track products that are low or out of stock and communicate this status appropriately.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory data and record-keeping.
• Collaborate regularly with the warehouse team to obtain stock updates.
• Maintain organized records and generate inventory reports.
• Assist with adding new products and managing catalog information.
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies in inventory to supervisory staff.
