Job Overview

Truemeds is seeking an Inventory Executive for its pharma warehouse located in Vikhroli, Mumbai. This is a full-time position involving night shift hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily stock and inventory records diligently.
• Track stock inflows and outflows as well as movements within the warehouse.
• Carry out physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies effectively.
• Ensure accurate placement of stock and correct bin location management.
• Identify and report stock shortages, excess inventory, and damaged goods promptly.
• Use Excel and warehouse management software to keep inventory information current.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain smooth operational flow.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with computers and strong skills in Excel.
• Understanding of stock reconciliation processes and physical inventory counting.
• Experience in e-commerce, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or logistics warehouse environments is advantageous.
• Willingness to work the designated night shift hours.

Compensation and Work Conditions

The salary for this position ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹16,000 per month. The role requires working the night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM at the Vikhroli warehouse location.
