Inventory Coordinator

Role Overview

ELK, a B Corp certified fashion brand committed to sustainability, seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator focused on ensuring stock accuracy and efficient flow at our Reservoir Distribution Centre. This role involves managing inventory integrity, storage efficiency, and replenishment to guarantee smooth product movement across all channels including Wholesale, Retail, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records, verify stock locations, and conduct cycle counts regularly.
• Enhance storage arrangements, replenishment processes, and picking productivity.
• Organize inbound shipments, manage container unloading and returns processing.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, and Distribution Centre teams to address stock and supplier challenges.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position at ELK's Reservoir centre, with mandatory 6am start times. Part-time arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates. The role is offered as a 12-month parental leave contract.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong technological proficiency.
• Confidence in leveraging data analytics, especially Excel, to enhance accuracy and drive operational improvement.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining stock integrity.
• Problem-solving orientation with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
