Milele Prime is a multi-asset CFD brokerage headquartered in Dubai, operating the MetaTrader 5 platform with institutional-grade liquidity and a Brokeret CRM along with a partner portal. The company's clientele primarily resides in South Asia, Africa, and the MENA region. Its growth is mainly driven by the partner network comprising Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, signal providers, and trading communities. Partners receive payments based on a published tiered rebate ladder with a multi-level sub-IB network, alongside tailored agreements for high-volume partners.

Role Purpose

As the IB Manager, you will oversee the complete process of acquiring, onboarding, and activating Introducing Brokers. Your responsibility extends from establishing initial contact with partners to ensuring their first referral results in a funded client. Continued partner activity and volume generation also fall under your scope. The role is execution-intensive and success is measured by the number of onboarded partners, activated partners, net deposits, and lots traded through them.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new IBs within South Asia, Africa, and MENA through direct outreach, trading and signal communities, Telegram and WhatsApp groups, social media influencers, and referrals from current partners.
• Manage the entire onboarding cycle, including partner registration in the CRM, KYC and due diligence verification, agreement signing, MT5 group and rebate settings, referral link configuration, and partner portal introduction.
• Clearly articulate the Milele Prime rebate structure, sub-IB frameworks, payment terms, and anti-abuse policies; escalate requests for customized rates with proper volume justification.
• Drive partner activation by co-developing launch strategies, delivering marketing collateral, monitoring initial client registrations and deposits, and providing support to partners facing difficulties.
• Maintain and optimize a portfolio of active partners through weekly performance assessments, reactivating inactive IBs, encouraging upgrades to higher rebate tiers, and identifying candidates for custom agreements.
• Address partner inquiries regarding commissions, payment schedules, client tracking, and portal access, coordinating with finance, dealing, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain an up-to-date and detailed partner pipeline in the CRM covering stages, anticipated volumes, contact records, and planned next steps.
• Report any suspected fraudulent activities such as abuse, self-referrals, bonus arbitrage, or client poaching to compliance and dealing desk teams.
• Represent Milele Prime at industry expos and partner-related events within the UAE and key target regions as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of experience in IB management, partnerships, or affiliate roles within retail forex or CFD brokerages, with proven success in onboarding IBs including disclosure of onboarded counts and generated volumes.
• Proficiency with MetaTrader 5, broker CRMs, partner portals, rebate calculation models (per lot, volume-based, revenue share), and multi-level IB frameworks.
• An established network of IBs, signal providers, or trading communities in at least one of South Asia, Africa, or MENA.
• Familiarity with KYC processes, partner due diligence protocols, and typical IB misconduct patterns.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Swahili, or Hausa are advantages.
• Ability to handle high outreach activity in a target-oriented environment.
• Residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate.
