International Voice Process Executive - US Shift (Debt Collections)

Job Overview

We are inviting candidates for immediate walk-in interviews for the International Voice Process role focused on US voice-based debt collections. Candidates must be ready to work in the US shift (night hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in customer support calling and debt collection as part of the US voice process.
• Effectively communicate with clients using strong oral and listening skills.
• Maintain adherence to organizational culture and adapt to work schedules.
• Manage weekly six-day work schedule with Sundays off.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline is eligible to apply.
• Strong command over English narration and communication skills is essential.
• Preferably 1 to 10 years of experience in international BPO voice processes.
• Analytical and presentation skills are advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be comfortable working the US night shift.

Work Details & Location

• Office situated in Kodambakkam, Chennai.
• Shift timing: US shift - night hours.
• Walk-in interviews from Monday to Friday, between 6:30 PM and 12:00 AM.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary package ranging from INR 475,000 to INR 850,000 per annum.
• Attendance bonuses and performance incentives.
