Overview
We are looking to recruit Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process based in Noida and Gurugram. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and have a minimum of six months experience in international BPO voice operations. This role offers a chance to work internationally with a flexible five-day work week under rotational shifts alongside competitive incentives and transportation benefits.
Key Duties
- Respond to inbound customer calls from international clients.
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer service and call quality meet organizational standards.
