International Voice Process Agent

Position Overview

We are seeking agents for international voice customer support roles with leading clients such as AMAZON, CREDIT ONE, and NRG. The role is based in Bellandur, Bangalore, involving US rotational shifts with a schedule of five working days followed by two off days.

Working Conditions

• Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
• Shift Timings: US rotational shifts
• Working Days: 5 days per week, 2 days off
• Transportation Support: One-way cab provided during night shifts within a 25 km radius (between 8 PM and 6 AM)

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers, however excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Minimum six months of prior international voice process experience is required; candidates with only domestic, accounts receivable, or non-voice experience are not eligible.
• Educational qualification should be at least Pre-University Course (PUC) or graduation level.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed salary ranges between ₹21,000 to ₹26,000, depending on specific roles.
• Additional night shift allowance of ₹4,400 per month.
• Attendance bonus of ₹500.
• Cab reimbursement of ₹1,500 available for male employees using their own transport for both ways.
